Arch. Petar Dikov has graduated from the Higher Institute of Architecture and Construction – Sofia in 1978. As of 2006 he is the Chief Architect of Sofia. Mr. Dikov's formerly held positions include National centre for regional development ltd - deputy executive director (1990-2006), private practice – head of design company "ProArch" Ltd. – (2000-2003), Scientific research and design institute for regional and urban planning and architecture (1978-1990). He is also member of the Union of Bulgarian Architects and holds a valuation & approval license from the Bulgarian Agency of Privatization.
